John Polo

John Polo has over 35 years of experience in the technology and business sectors. John began their career in 1982 as a Senior Manager of Financial Systems at Perkin-Elmer. John then moved to Kraft Foods Group in 1990, where they held a Senior Management position in CRM/Marketing Systems for North America. In 1995, they joined Gartner as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy Consulting. In 1997, they became COO/VP of IT & Business Strategy at Strategic Directives, Inc. and in 2014 they became Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Top Flight Technologies, Inc., a product developer of commercial long-range, heavy-lift hybrid-electric/gasoline Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Throughout their career, they have been instrumental in emerging market development, sales strategies and operations, and has won numerous internal awards as well as industry spokesperson status for best practices in continuous improvement, outsourcing w/SLAs, strategic partner arrangements, and leadership with peer company industry change agents.

John Polo attended the University of Connecticut from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Communications.
