Idiat Favor Moshood

Idiat Favor Moshood has over five years of experience in project management and coordination. In 2020, they joined Top Group Technologies as a Project Manager Scrum Master, leading multiple Scrum Teams in software delivery, facilitating Progress toward delivery goals using Agile Practices. Idiat Favor has Project Manager Experience Managing Multiple Projects and Stakeholders Engagements Simultaneously. Idiat Favor also practiced and promoted Agile/Scrum delivery Framework and Mindset, using Kanban for Prioritizing User Stories during Grooming.

Prior to this, they worked at Venture Inc. from 2015 to 2018 as a Project Lead and Technical Project Coordinator. As a Project Lead, they ensured that project teams achieved their respective milestones, developed project functional specification documents, and collaborated with multiple project teams on the allocation of resources and sprints. As a Technical Project Coordinator, they coordinated project management activities, resources, and information, liaised with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, and assigned tasks to internal teams. Idiat Favor also monitored project progress and handled any issues that arose, acted as the point of contact, and conducted quality assurance tests.

Idiat Favor Moshood completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Lagos State University between 1994 and 1998. Idiat Favor then attended Houston Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences between 2012 and 2014. Idiat Favor has also obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019, Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from Microsoft in 2019, Associate - Data Science Version 1.0 from Dell Technologies in 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2020, Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020.
