Samuel Falope has worked in the field of project management and scrum master since 2015. samuel'sfirst role was at Top Group Technologies, where they managed projects and project resources throughout the software development life cycle, and managed Scrum teams as needed. samuel engaged with business stakeholders to identify and incorporate business owned project tasks and dependencies, and successfully engaged in multiple initiatives simultaneously. samuel also led the scrum daily stand-up meeting to identify any blocker or impediment the team may have and worked with the individual to provide solutions. samuel provided updates on the Agile (Kanban) board & JIRA to analyze various projects within the development team & track progress at weekly Scrum meetings.

In 2015, Falope moved to Climax Solutions, where they were a scrum master for two unique scrum teams responsible for two varying technology products. samuel was responsible for all aspects of scrum process training, including but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, user story refinement, and sprint retrospectives. samuel ensured user stories were groomed and ready for the development team, gathered the requirements, then managed and prioritized the backlog. samuel also worked closely with Product Management to build differentiation strategy, communicated any issues or concerns to ensure end deliverables were met on time, and advocated for the customer on behalf of the development team.

Finally, Falope was a Project Manager Scrum Master at Climax Solution Tech from 2013-2015. In this role, they managed and defined project vision on Agile principles, and ran the product development team from a strategic perspective. samuel managed Product Backlog as part of the team’s virtual to-do list for different products, prioritized product needs on Agile methodology, and developed the strategy, vision, and priorities of product needs.

Samuel Falope obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2013, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. samuel also obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2013, with a field of study in OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
