Bianca Flavelle

Bianca Flavelle is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner at Top Hat since March 2020, Bianca has also held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources, and HR Business Partner at the same company. Previous experience includes working as an HR Consultant at The Globe and Mail, and various HR roles at Altum Health - University Health Network and University Health Network, starting as an HR Intern.
