Shashank Santosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, content partnerships, and strategic relations. Currently serving as Enterprise Client Lead at Top Hat since November 2019, Shashank has also held roles such as Team Lead & Senior Customer Success Manager and Instructional Designer, achieving 150% quota attainment in Fiscal 2020 and earning MVP honors in Customer Success in October 2020. Prior to Top Hat, Shashank worked at Unacademy as Associate Head - Content Partnerships, leading partner acquisition and retention strategies. Shashank has also contributed to Piingle as Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships and played a key role in client services at Reward360 Global Services Pvt Ltd, managing significant accounts and leading a large team. Educational qualifications include a Degree in Advanced Product Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
