Chris Harris

Chris Harris is an experienced entrepreneur and sales consultant with over two decades of professional accomplishments. As the Owner of RefuseOrdinary, LLC since 2011, Chris has focused on enhancing sales and productivity for clients while making a positive impact in their communities. As a Collaborator - Senior Sales Consultant at Top Line Growth Partners since September 2023, and Co-Founder/Investor at Coaches HQ since January 2023, Chris is involved in providing resources and advice through various media. Chris also co-founded Boss on Purpose in August 2017, creating a vibrant community for aspiring entrepreneurs. Previous roles include serving as Director of Career Development at Northwestern Mutual, where Chris coached top-performing interns, and founding Osprey Group, LLC, which developed management training programs for 3500 participants in major companies and local governments. Chris's career began with managing operations at OWLS Corporate & Adventure Learning, focusing on site development and partnerships in Virginia and North Carolina. Chris holds a B.S. from Longwood University.
