Johan Flink

Johan Flink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, product development, and management within both military and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Top of Minds Drive AB since January 2022, Johan has also held key roles such as COO at Planax AB and Product & Development Manager at ProOpti. With a long-standing career in the Swedish Armed Forces since 1994 and previous positions including Key Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Product Manager, and Project Manager at Teleopti AB, Johan has demonstrated a strong capability in managing teams and developing strategies for major clients. Johan's academic background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and military training from Marinens krigshögskola.
