Justin DeLeo

Justin joined TSE after completing his double major from Rutgers University in Economics and Organizational Leadership. Justin is responsible for building the infrastructure at TSE Corp. He is in charge of all internal corporate projects whether it be from implementing new plans and policies such as TSE’s 401K plan or setting up and maintain their NYS Dept. of Labor approved apprenticeship program down to planning all corporate events. As the lead of the new business arm at Top Shelf, Justin is also responsible for all marketing and literature while developing new relationships with new business.

Along with these duties Justin also helps to oversee the completion of large scale TSE projects. Whether on site or in the office, Justin gets the job done. He has worked with TSE’s biggest clients including, Hamilton Square, a design build project that was the first high-voltage residential building in Jersey City. He was also a key part of the Liberty Harbor team, which completed a massive multi-tower project that was finished weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
