Jack Schott's work experience begins in 2007 at Kraft Foods, where they worked as a Project Engineer before later becoming a Continuous Improvement Engineer. During this time, they implemented advanced techniques to reduce product overfill and prevent losses of raw materials. Jack also validated the accuracy of automated liquid ingredient deliveries. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Production Supervisor before eventually becoming a Continuous Improvement Manager, where they were responsible for factory-wide improvement efforts and also served as interim Business Development Manager and Vertical Start-Up Lead. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Jack worked as a Global Start-Up Manager, leading a major project to relocate bacon manufacturing and expand operations, resulting in increased production capacity and efficiency. In 2016, they served as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Rogue Fitness and in 2017 transitioned to the role of Capital Project Manager at T. Marzetti Company. In 2022, they joined Vytalogy Wellness as the Director of Project Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Engineer at Top Shelf Integrated Solutions, LLC, starting in 2023.

Jack Schott obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Six Sigma - Black Belt from Kraft Foods in June 2010 and as an Open Water Dive Instructor from PADI in August 2003.
