Jon Halper

Jon Halper has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jon began their career as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 1993 and then moved on to Faegre & Benson LLP, where they served as an Associate until 1997. Following this, they joined Wilsons Leather as a Director and worked there until 2004. In 2006, Jon Halper joined Target as a Buyer and held the position until 2008. Jon then became the Vice President at COKeM International and stayed in this role until 2014. In 2013, they became an Owner/CEO at Top Ten Liquors, a position they still hold. In 2014, they also took on the role of CEO/Owner at Top Ten Liquors.

Jon Halper obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued higher education at Boston University School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the duration of 1990 to 1993.
