With over 20 years of experience in college and graduate school admissions, Michele is a trusted figure in the industry. Additionally, Michele is the President and Founder of Hernandez College Consulting, now known as Top Tier Admissions. Michele holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Dartmouth College, a Master's Degree in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
