Ridaa Murad

Ridaa Murad is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in real estate and alternative asset management. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at Topaz Capital Partners since June 2024, Ridaa focuses on financing for mission-critical real estate assets. As Co-Founder of BEDROCK | GROUP, LLC and Habitat Homes, LLC, Ridaa has played a significant role in acquiring and managing manufactured housing communities across the United States. Additionally, Ridaa holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Breakform Ventures, where there is a focus on backing and scaling alternative asset managers. Ridaa's previous roles include Principal at Walton Global and Christina, along with advisory positions and angel investments in various startups including Chaldal.com, Pogoseat, Inc., and Swarm Mobile. Ridaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bard College and GCE A-Levels in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics from Harrow School.
