Mikael Laine

Mikael Laine is a Senior Software Engineer at Topaz Labs since July 2024, with prior experience as Machine Learning Team Lead at KeyCast from July 2020 to July 2024 and as a Technology Consultant and Software Specialist at Ixonos for over thirteen years. Mikael Laine has demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader and has a background in lecturing at universities. Earlier academic contributions include work as an Assistant Teacher at the University of Turku from 2005 to 2007, focusing on research in clustering methods for sleep apnea diagnostics, automatic leaf image analysis, and OCR methods for embedded devices.
