Melodee Hinkley

Melodee Hinkley has extensive experience in software support and client services, currently serving as a Software Support Specialist at Kelmar Associates since October 2016, providing sole support for the Unclaimed Property Division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Melodee has also held various roles at TOPAZ Technologies since March 2007, progressing from Client Support Technician to Lead Client Services Technician, delivering advanced software support for proprietary oracle-based facilities management applications to over 90 clients across medical research institutions. Previous roles include HR Systems Analyst at Zimmer USA Inc., where Melodee supported payroll and HR staff and migrated HRIS data, and CSS Administrator at Centerpulse USA Inc., administering the ADP CSS HRizon HRIS system. Additional experience includes Desktop Applications Support Specialist at CarboMedics Inc. and various administrative positions over a period of 14 years at the same company. Melodee Hinkley graduated from McCallum High School in 1979.
