Marcel la Brijn is currently the Manager Operations at Topaze, where Marcel focuses on daily management at a strategic and tactical level to positively impact the youth care domain. Prior to this, Marcel was the Director of HRM Software at Pantheon Automatisering, where Marcel led the business unit to perfect automate HRM processes for clients. Marcel also founded HRvan.nu, an online tool for managing employee databases, and owned companies such as Alletha and Verkoopweb. With experience in account management and technical roles at companies like Marvin Benelux and Planet Internet, Marcel has a diverse background in business and technology.
