Michelle Steward, CPA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and corporate accounting. Currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting & Corporate Accounting at TopBuild since April 2018, Michelle oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and XBRL, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. Previous roles include significant positions at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where responsibilities highlighted expertise in financial reporting and equity incentive plans, as well as earlier auditing experience at EY. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Master's and Bachelor's in Accounting, Michelle brings a strong technical accounting foundation and leadership skills, managing teams and guiding public filings with precision.
