Olaf Neubert

Olaf Neubert is the Managing Director and Founder at TopCap Partners, where he provides alternative asset placement services for private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund managers. He is also a Secondaries Buy-Side Agent and Advisory for private equity secondaries, LP portfolios, and directs. Olaf Neubert is also the Managing Partner and Founder at Hedges Capital. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director at Citigroup. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Kiel University and a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hamburg.
