Kenneth Shum has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and previously as a Regional Sales Manager at Topcast Group since August 2008. Prior to this, Kenneth worked as a Customer Service Officer at Paxar Far East Limited from September 2006 to June 2008. Kenneth Shum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree from the City University of Hong Kong.
