Raychel Parker-Dahl

Raychel Parker-Dahl has a diverse work experience, including roles at Topco Associates LLC, Eclectic Full Contact Theatre, and Bailiwick Repertory Theater. Raychel started their career at Topco Associates LLC as a Logistics Order Processor and later became a Member Services Associate. Raychel then moved up to roles such as Pricing Specialist, Associate Manager/Team Lead, and Member Services Manager, where they managed teams and ensured KPIs were met using SAP Business Intelligence and Salesforce reporting. Currently, they are a Master Data Lead at Topco Associates LLC. In addition to their work at Topco, Raychel has also worked as a Stage Manager at Eclectic Full Contact Theatre and Bailiwick Repertory Theater, where they closely collaborated with production crews and oversaw various technical aspects.

Raychel Parker-Dahl completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from West Texas A&M University in the years 2000-2004. Raychel then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2022-2024. Raychel also obtained various certifications, including "GS1 Foundations Virtual Classroom Certificate" from GS1 US in 2023, and several Coursera certifications in team leadership, infonomics, process improvement, and operations and supply chain decisions and metrics, all obtained in 2022.
