Lene Mejer-Johansson

Lene Mejer-Johansson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and technology leadership. Currently serving as Head of Technology Transformation at Topdanmark since June 2023, Lene previously held the role of Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, focusing on digitization and process changes. From 2011 to 2019, Lene worked at Codan Forsikring in various positions, including Acting IT Roadmap Manager and Head of IT Demand Management & Business Analysis, leading strategic initiatives and managing a diverse IT portfolio.
