Annemarie Wolfrat has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annemarie started their career in 2004 as a helpdesk employee at KPN Internet. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at NOA as an Assistent Assessor, Planner, and Consultant, where they assessed migrants' language skills and managed the administration of assessments. In 2010, they joined UniPartners Nederland as a consultant, conducting scientific research for profit and non-profit organizations. Annemarie then worked at Facilicom as a Teamleader and SAP trainer from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Annemarie joined TOPdesk as a Project Manager, later transitioning into the role of Agile Coach in 2017. Annemarie'smost recent role at TOPdesk is Head of Agile Delivery, which they have held since October 2019. Additionally, Annemarie is an Executive PhD student at Management & Organisation, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, starting in January 2023.

Annemarie Wolfrat completed their education at various institutions. Annemarie earned a Master's degree in Culture Organization and Management (Transnational Entrepreneurship) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science with a minor in Organizational Science at Utrecht University from 2005 to 2008. In 2004-2005, they obtained a Propedeuse (preliminary certificate) in Social Studies from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Annemarie Wolfrat has obtained several certifications. Annemarie received an Agile coach certification from Agile Scrum Group in January 2018. Annemarie also obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from EXIN in August 2014 and a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) - C2 from Cambridge English Language Assessment in December 2013. Furthermore, they acquired an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN in October 2013.
