Deo Francis Estrada

Deo Francis Estrada began their work experience in 2016 as a Junior Sharepoint Developer intern at House of IT. In 2018, they joined Accor Hotels as a Guest Service Representative, where they provided exceptional customer service and performed various tasks to ensure a positive guest experience. Since 2020, Deo has been working at TOPdesk as a Technical Support Specialist, where they analyze and responds to customer and colleague inquiries, continuously learns about evolving technology, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
