Geoffrey Simpson

Geoffrey Simpson has a diverse work history. Geoffrey started their career at TOPdesk in 2012 as a Technical Product Consultant. Geoffrey then transitioned to the role of Product Manager in September 2015, where they were responsible for managing the product development process. In October 2020, Geoffrey took on the role of Product Coach, leading a team of Product Managers and Product Owners based in multiple countries. Currently, they are also the Head Coach of Women's Rowing at D.S.R.V. "Laga", where they oversee the talent identification, selection, and development of the women's team. Under their leadership, the team has achieved impressive results, including multiple victories and podium finishes at national and international competitions.

Geoffrey Simpson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from Leiden University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Christelijk Gymnasium Utrecht from 1999 to 2006, where they pursued Natural Sciences during their high school education. Later, Geoffrey pursued a Master's Degree in History from Leiden University, completing it from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org and the Roeicoach 3 certification from KNRB (Koninklijke Nederlandsche Roeibond).
