Hollis Hazel

Hollis Hazel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Hollis began their career as a Copywriter/Translator Dutch to English at Ontwerpbureau DDC in November 2010 and worked in this role until February 2013. In February 2013, they joined TOPdesk as a Senior Software Tester/Test Coach (Agile), where they were responsible for testing within their Scrum team and provided coaching to other testers and teams in Agile testing. Hollis continued to work in this role at TOPdesk until November 2022. Currently, they are employed at TOPdesk as a Software Quality Assurance Lead, a position they assumed in January 2022.

Hollis Hazel completed their B.sc with Honours in International Business with French and German from Aston University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, they briefly studied Commerce International at KEDGE Business School. In 2007, Hollis also took courses in Marketing, Economics, French, IT, German, and International Business at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Speed MBA from Machiel Emmering in 2016, ISTQB Agile Tester Extension from Prometric in 2015, ISTQB Foundation Certified Tester from Prometric in 2013, Foundation Certificate ITIL V3 from APMG International in 2011, PRINCE2 Project Management from APMG International in 2011, and Staatsexamen NT2 Programma II Dutch as a Second Language from Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs in 2011.
