Iris Costrop (they/them)

Iris Costrop has a diverse work experience. They started working as a Jobstudent at Vzw De Krone in 2016 and continued until October 2019. In 2019, Iris had a short-term role as a Stagiair Community Manager at SocialCom Int. In April 2020, they joined TOPdesk as an IT Business Consultant, and in December 2021, they took on the role of Talent Lead.

Iris Costrop (they/them) completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2014 to 2019, Iris attended Ghent University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communicatiewetenschappen.

Continuing their studies at Ghent University, Iris pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communicatiewetenschappen from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Iris obtained certifications in Vlaamse Gebarentaal (Flemish Sign Language). They received a "Deelnamebewijs Vlaamse Gebarentaal II" from Doof Vlaanderen in March 2022, and a "Deelnamebewijs Vlaamse Gebarentaal I" from the same institution in July 2021.
