Leander Overmeer

Leander Overmeer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Leander began their professional career in 2009 at Randstad Nederland, where they worked as an Adviser and Intermediary, assisting individuals and companies with reintegration processes, outplacement, and coaching. Leander worked for Randstad Nederland until 2016.

In 2016, Leander joined Yacht as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in HRM. Leander held various roles at Yacht, including working as an Interim HR Professional and Recruitment Consultant for non-profit organizations. Leander stayed with Yacht until 2019.

In 2018, Leander briefly worked as an HRM Advisor for BVO Vijfheerenlanden, assisting in the establishment of a new result-oriented municipality.

Leander's most recent position is with TOPdesk, where they have been working since 2019. At TOPdesk, Leander initially served as a Corporate Recruiter before progressing to the role of Talent & Recruitment Lead. Currently, Leander holds the position of Head of Recruitment at TOPdesk, contributing to the growth and improvement of the company's service management tool across various countries.

Throughout their career, Leander has honed their recruitment, HR, and advisory skills in diverse industries, including software, consultancy, non-profit, and government.

Leander Overmeer obtained a Bachelor's degree in HRM from Hogeschool Leiden, from the year 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Talent Lead Leadership Program from TOPdesk in June 2023, the PAPI 3 from Cubiks in January 2017, and the Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in June 2016.
