Mariann Desits began their work experience as an HR - Recruitment Intern at IBM in 2009. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist and Team Coordinator at IBM from 2011 to 2014. Mariann then joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Senior Talent Recruiter from 2014 to 2015. Mariann then worked at Ericsson, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2015 to 2016, followed by a role as a Talent Acquisition Lead from 2016 to 2018, and finally as a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager from 2019 to 2021. After leaving Ericsson, they joined Pontoon Solutions as an Account Manager TAG Corporate & DACH The Adecco Group from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Mariann serves as a Global Recruitment Strategist at TOPdesk starting from 2022.
Mariann Desits has a degree in Marketing from Budapest College of Communication and Business, specializing in Advertising Management. Mariann also has a background in Sociology from Károli Gáspár University. In addition to their education, they have obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in November 2016.
