Monica Victoria

Monica Victoria's work experience includes being an Event & Partnership Coordinator at TOPdesk starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Tutor at ReinGold Tutoring from August 2020 to March 2022, where they organized and facilitated tutoring sessions, reviewed class material, and prepared lesson plans. Monica also worked as an Education Studies Marketing Assistant and Event Planner at the University of Toronto Mississauga from May 2021 to August 2021, where they supported the development of online programs and assisted with PR and marketing strategies. Monica's earlier experience includes working as a Retail Store Associate at UNIQLO from November 2019 to January 2020, where they provided product knowledge, managed customer needs, and maintained brand and operational standards.

Monica Victoria completed their education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts (H. BA) degree. Their major was Communications, Culture, Information & Technology, and they also pursued minors in French and Education Studies. Additionally, Monica received a Certificate in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Sheridan College.

In terms of additional certifications, Monica obtained the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2023. Furthermore, they participated in the CEEF International Student Exchange Program offered by the Canadian Education Exchange Foundation in February 2014.
