Thymen van Duijn has work experience in various roles and companies. Thymen started their career at IKEA Group in 2014 as a Medewerker Customer Relations, a position they held until 2016. In 2016, they joined Internet Service Nederland as an Account Manager for a brief period. Later in the same year, they moved to TOPdesk, where they held the role of an Account Manager until September 2020. At TOPdesk, they then became an International Partner Manager from March 2020 until November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success Management at TOPdesk, starting from November 2021.
Thymen van Duijn received their education in International Business and Management from the Amsterdam School of International Business, where they studied from 2015 to 2020.
