Scarlett Fisher-Herreman serves as the Technical Services & Collection Development Manager at Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library, a role held since June 2002, leading a team of 17 to enhance community access to diverse library materials. Scarlett holds a Master of Library Science from Emporia State University and dual Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation, and International/Global Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
