Zachary Warrner has a long and diverse work experience. From 2003 to 2018, they worked at Victory Capital Management as a Specialist in Investment Operations, at ZeroChaos as a Staff Accountant, at The Oviedo Voice as Editor-in-Chief/General Manager, at InfoSource as a Marketing Manager, at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as an Assistant Brand Manager, at Dorel Juvenile as a Marketing Manager, at TeamMash as CEO, at LHP Engineering Solutions as Vice President of Finance and Vice President - Strategy & Development of LHPU Division, and at TopFan as Director of Revenue & Analytics. During their time at LHP Engineering Solutions, they were a member of the Leadership Team and helped the company navigate through unique challenges presented by combination of rapid growth and cyclical business. Zachary also implemented a finance dashboard system to drive transparency and accountability throughout the organization. At TeamMash, they founded the company in 2011 to build online communities around sports teams and scaled rapidly to 30,000+ daily users. At Dorel Juvenile, they managed the company's $30+ million step stool and ladder product line and collaborated with sales management and domestic/international retailers to establish profit-maximizing pricing for each account. At The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, they performed financial analysis of over 100 product combinations and designed and implemented an in-store POP campaign that increased off-shelf presence. At InfoSource, they managed a team of four Marketing professionals and a $500,000 annual budget and created and maintained the company's strategic marketing plan. Finally, at The Oviedo Voice, they led the turnaround of the publication from annual loss to break-even via operations overhauling and created a local non-profit partnership program that increased circulation.

Zachary Warrner attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Villanova University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy.
