Rosalia Hajek

Rosalia H. currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Topgolf Callaway Brands, leading initiatives in cyber resilience and technology risk maturity. Rosalia is a Founding Quantum Member of Women in AI Governance, a Founding Advisory Board Member for CXO/50, and a member of the SoCal CISO Governing Body for Evanta. As an Advisor and Executive Steering Committee Member at Ignite Healthcare Network, Rosalia contributes to cybersecurity strategies for healthcare startups. In addition, Rosalia is active as an Angel Investor and a member of Chief, a network supporting women leaders. Educationally, Rosalia holds a Master's in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Southern California, an Executive Education degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. Former roles include Enterprise Business Information Security Officer at MGM Resorts International and Strategy and Execution Leader at Kaiser Permanente, impacting millions through cybersecurity and data governance initiatives.
