Bob Oswald

Bob Oswald has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Guest Service Manager at Topgolf since December 2022. Prior to this role, Oswald held the position of General Manager at Landrys Restaurants Inc from October 2021 to December 2022 and at Max & Erma's from March 2015 to May 2022. Oswald also served as Regional Operational Director at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from August 2007 to January 2014, overseeing eight corporate locations and two franchise locations, and managing restaurant openings, closings, and training operations. Oswald's career at Houlihan's began in August 1991, culminating in a General Manager role that involved responsibility for P&L, staffing, sales growth, facility maintenance, and overall restaurant performance.
