Grey Young

Grey Young has extensive experience in hospitality and management, currently serving as the Owner of A.R.C. Landscaping L.L.C. since June 2017 and as a Hospitality & Training Manager at Topgolf since October 2015. Grey has held various managerial roles, including Director of Operations at Virginia Originals & Chesapeake Grill, where significant revenue streams and customer retention strategies were developed, and General Manager at Steak n Shake, overseeing multiple high-volume locations and training over 200 staff members. Prior roles include Member Relations Coordinator at Ballyhack Golf Retreat, Chef and Marketing Associate at Black Angus Restaurant, and Golf Associate positions at multiple clubs. Grey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Roanoke College, earned in 2008.
