Lance Smith

Lance Smith, MBA, is currently the Director of Sales at Topgolf, where they focus on fostering collaboration and meaningful relationships to enhance team performance and guest experiences. Previously, Lance served as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Promotions at Cliff's Amusement Park from 2014 to 2020, and held leadership roles in consumer relationship marketing at Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Lance worked as an Event Coordinator at Expo New Mexico in 2006. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
