Ross Beaton

Ross Beaton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international franchise development and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Director of International Franchise Development at Topgolf since August 2019, Ross has previously held several leadership roles at Rent-A-Center, including Vice President of Real Estate & Market Planning, where oversight included an expansive retail network and a dedicated market planning team. Early career experience includes strategic positions at FedEx Office and Kinko's, focusing on international operations and business development. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America.
