Ted Hardy

Ted Hardy, MBA, CBAP, currently serves as Senior Director of Technology Transformation at Topgolf since February 2024. With a robust career commencing in 1995 as President of High Gravity Consulting, LLC, Ted has consistently guided organizations in leveraging technology for business success through strategy assessments and compliance efforts. Previously, as Head of Product at GuestXM, Ted focused on user-centered product development. During a tenure at KFC US, Ted advanced from Director to Senior Director, enhancing customer interactions and product roadmaps. At Papa Johns, Ted established a department for digital innovation and transformed product development practices. Early career experiences included roles at Oracle and Lexmark International, culminating in an MBA from Morehead State University and a BA from the University of the Cumberlands.
