William Reed

William Reed has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant management sectors, with a career spanning nearly two decades. Beginning in facilities management at Sushi Samba from March 2004 to September 2008, William then advanced to OTG Management, serving as F & B Manager from August 2008 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing over 150 employees across seven locations, managing significant annual revenue, and handling various operational aspects. Following this, William held the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Moshi Moshi from July 2019 to March 2020, before taking on the position of Hospitality Manager at Topgolf in November 2022. William's educational background includes a degree in Music Business from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, completed between 1990 and 1992.
