Anirudh Dasu

Anirudh Dasu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anirudh began their career as an intern at Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd., where they conducted a study on the functioning of a paper mill and researched ways to improve the effluent treatment plant. Anirudh then interned at Indian Rayon and Industries Ltd., optimizing the exhaust duct system in the Spinning department of the White Spool Project.

Anirudh then joined IgluLabs as a Mobile Developer and later moved on to a leadership role. Anirudh led the mobile team in developing three projects across Android and iOS platforms for clients from Ireland, the United States, and the UAE.

Following this, Anirudh became the CTO at Dekkoh, where they implemented Agile methodology, architected the technology stack, and oversaw the development and deployment pipeline. Anirudh also led a team of engineers in developing and releasing backend, Android, and iOS applications.

Anirudh then joined Voonik - Every Woman's Personal Stylist as an SDE II and led a team in designing and developing an e-commerce portal called Picksilk. Anirudh implemented marketing funnels and various analytics, increasing the conversion rate post-launch. Anirudh also planned and developed a core framework library for all engineering teams within the organization.

Next, Anirudh worked as a Senior Software Developer at Bluesapling - Intelligence Served, where they led an engineering team in developing a product called Rappo for clients from Dubai. Anirudh designed the microservices architecture from scratch and managed the infrastructure on AWS while staying within budget.

Anirudh pursued an International MBA at IE Business School before joining Topia as a Tech Lead. Anirudh recently transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership skills.

Anirudh Dasu pursued their education at the renowned Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2008 to 2013. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with honors. Later, in 2019, Anirudh enrolled at IE Business School, where they pursued an International MBA in Business Administration and Management. Anirudh'sstudies at IE Business School concluded in 2020.
