Erica Franklin is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation and revenue marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Marketing at Topia since April 2025, Erica has previously held roles as a Senior Demand Generation Manager at ProductPlan and Lexion, as well as a Demand Generation Manager at Hero Digital. With a foundational career that began at Vertafore, where roles included Demand Generation Specialist and Demand Generation Coordinator, Erica has built a strong background in driving marketing strategies and generating demand across diverse organizations. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
