Erica Franklin

Erica Franklin is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Revenue Marketing at Topia since April 2025, a company owned by Bow River Capital. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at ProductPlan, including Digital Marketing Consultant and Senior Demand Generation Manager, continuing the trend of impactful positions held within organizations owned by Bow River Capital. Prior to that, Erica was a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Lexion, a leader in contracts AI for legal teams, which was acquired by DocuSign for $165 million in May 2024. Additional experience includes positions as Demand Generation Manager at Hero Digital, Demand Generation Specialist and Coordinator at Vertafore, and a Marketing Coordinator role at Mountainside Fitness.
