Ashley Gaines, MBA

Ashley Gaines, MBA has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Ashley began their career in 2010 at Dermstore as a Purchasing Specialist, where they managed inventory for 600 beauty brands and replenished inventory on a daily to bi-weekly basis. Ashley also worked closely with the merchandising and marketing departments to ensure that inventory was available by set deadlines. In 2011, they took a role as a Telephone Sales Representative at Sit 'n Sleep. In 2017, they joined Smashbox Cosmetics as a Planning Assistant, where they tracked retailer purchase orders, processed new store opening paperwork, reconciled weekly and monthly retailer sales, analyzed inventory levels, and recommended ordering for skus and stores below a 97% in stock level. In 2019, they moved to Murad as an Inventory Control Analyst. Currently, they work at Topicals as an Inventory Planning Manager and Inventory Control Lead.

Ashley Gaines holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands, an Associate's Degree in Business Management and Supervision from Los Angeles Southwest College, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/ Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Redlands.
