Jimmy Varghese

Jimmy Varghese, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jimmy is currently the New Product Development Director at TOPIX Skin Health since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mehron Inc as the Director of Research & Product Innovation from June 2006 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for product development, scale up, management, and formulations in various personal care areas. Jimmy also handled global regulatory responsibilities and was proficient in using SAP software.

Before joining Mehron Inc, Jimmy worked at Lechler Labs, Inc. as the Director of Research & Product Innovation - Operations Manager / Purchasing / Global Regulatory from June 2006 to April 2022. Jimmy had similar responsibilities in this role as well.

Furthermore, they worked at Flavor & Fragrance Specialties as a Fragrance Applications Chemist from September 2002 to June 2006. Here, they collaborated with perfumists to develop formulations and conducted distillations. Jimmy also conducted statistical tests to measure the efficacy of certain fragrances.

Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Chemist at San Mar Labs from September 2000 to September 2002 and as a Pharmacy Tech at Boston Medical Center from 1998 to 2000. Jimmy's early career includes a role as a Jr. Bench Chemist - R&D at San Mar Laboratories from September 1991 to May 1995. In this role, they gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of the cosmetic contract manufacturing/private label industry.

Jimmy Varghese, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Science from the same university.
