Nancy Dyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Marketing at TopKey Construction since April 2020, Nancy Dyer is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Operations Managers to enhance efficiency and communication, while also leading team meetings and maintaining robust internal processes. Prior to this role, Nancy Dyer held the position of Director of Internal Systems at PCM Services for nearly 16 years, where strategic influence on operations and IT was paramount.
