Billy Joseph

Billy Joseph is a Client Relations Specialist at TOPLAB® Full Clinical Reference Lab since October 2021, and previously served as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Agero, Inc. from January 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of new hires and technical support for team members. Prior to that, Billy worked as a Brand Ambassador for Amazon from November 2017 to May 2018, engaging with potential customers during deliveries. Additionally, experience as a Customer Service Agent at Spirit Delivery & Distribution involved providing information on appliance deliveries and managing customer schedules. Billy is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Law at Union College, having completed a course at CourseCareers in December 2022.
