Daniel Gitto

Daniel Gitto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniel began their career as a Hatch ELITE Human Resources Summer Intern at Hatch Staffing Services in 2014. In 2015, they held roles as a Recruiter and later as an Assistant Onsite Manager at the same company. Simultaneously, they worked as a Call Center Representative, Health Behavior Research Lab Assistant, and Resident Assistant at the Winona State University Annual Fund Call Center.

In 2017, Daniel joined Cru as an International Campus Staff member. Later that year, they returned to Hatch Staffing Services and took on the role of Talent Scout Manager. In 2018, they became the Retention and Associate Development Manager and eventually transitioned to the role of HatchGRAD Manager in 2019. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the HRIS Project Manager at Hatch Staffing Services.

Currently, Daniel is working at TopLine Results Corporation as a Technical Project Manager since July 2021 and is set to start as the Director of Operations from June 2023.

Daniel Gitto earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business Management from Winona State University between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2023 and completed the Foundations of Project Management course on Coursera in 2022.
