Fred Varin

Fred Varin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in both the food industry and sales. Since founding TopLine Results Corporation in 1999, Fred has served as President, achieving significant industry recognition and earning the 2022 WCBA Small Business of the Year award. Under Fred's leadership, TopLine operates regional offices in Pewaukee and Chicago, specializing in CRM and digital marketing solutions, with certifications in Microsoft CRM, Zoho, HubSpot, Act, ClickDimensions, and Constant Contact. Prior to this, Fred was the Managing Director at BWW Ltd in London and worked as a Manufacturer's Representative at M. J. Seavy & Sons, Inc. Fred holds an MBA in Marketing and Production Operations Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a degree in Chemical Engineering for Agricultural Industries from Université catholique de Louvain.
