Ellis Pecen

Ellis Pecen is a seasoned performance psychologist and consultant with extensive experience in various roles within the field of performance psychology. Currently serving as a Performance Psychologist and Consultant at Eclectic Performance since May 2017, and as a Performance Psychologist at TopMind since January 2025, Ellis has additionally contributed to organizations such as the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and The University of Edinburgh as a Performance Consultant and Associate Supervisor, respectively. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Performance Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, and multiple degrees from the Royal College of Music, Ellis has also held positions at Boston University as Lead Lecturer in Psychology & Health Sciences and has participated in various capacities across different organizations, enhancing performance psychology practice through supervision, consultancy, and facilitation.
