Khaled Mairech has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and software development. Khaled started their career as a Software Engineer at Arab Insurance Group in January 2005 and then moved to BEST NETWORK COMMUNICATION in April 2005, where they worked in the same role until October 2008. In November 2008, they joined TopNet and held the positions of Technical Leader and Project Manager until July 2013. From August 2013 to July 2019, they served as the Head of Development Department at TopNet. Currently, they hold the position of Head of System Information Division at TopNet, starting from July 2019.

Khaled Mairech's education history began in 1999 when they attended IPEIT - Institut Préparatoire aux Etudes d'Ingénieurs de Tunis for a preparatory class for high schools, with a focus on mathematics and physics. Khaled completed this program in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Khaled attended the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), University of Tunis El Manar, where they obtained a national engineering diploma in computer science.

In 2008, Khaled returned to the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) and obtained a professional master's degree in business administration and management, which is ongoing with no specified end year.

Additionally, Khaled Mairech has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2007, they earned the EBD5 certification in English Business level 5D from the British Council. In 2012, they became a Certified Secure Programmer (ECSP) through EC-Council. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance and the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert (OCE) certification from ORADIST. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the TSPM - TenStep Project Manager certification from Tenstep Tunisia.
