Mehdi Frini has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Mehdi started their career at Tunitelnet Systems as a Sales Manager Assistant from July 2001 to January 2004. Following this, they worked at Label Ogilvy as an Account Manager from February 2004 to September 2004. Mehdi then joined TopNet, an Internet Provider in Tunisia, where they held various positions and demonstrated strong leadership skills. Mehdi started as a Marketing Director in October 2004 and was responsible for developing new internet products and services, managing distribution channels, and coordinating with different departments for quality improvement. Later, they were promoted to the role of Sales and Marketing Director in October 2012, where they managed a team of 150 employees across four departments. In this role, Mehdi set up and executed strategic sales and marketing plans, developed new products and services, and expanded the distribution telecom business.

Mehdi Frini has a diverse education history. Mehdi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Mediterranean School of Business (SMU - Tunis) in the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters Degree in Information Technologies and e-business from the Higher Institute of Commerce– IHEC Tunis, Tunisia from 2001 to 2003. Mehdi also holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing (Maîtrise en Marketing) from the Higher Institute of Management – ISG Tunis, Tunisia, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained their French Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée français Pierre Mendès France – Tunis, Tunisia from 1992 to 1996. Mehdi Frini has a Practitioner Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which they earned from Formaxion in 2010. Mehdi also holds the EMAB (Executive Master in Business Administration) certification, which they obtained from the MSB Mediterranean School of Business (SMU - Tunis).
