Cissy Shea

Cissy Shea, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Topographic, Co., a position held since February 2022. Previously, Cissy held similar roles at U.S. Energy Development Corporation and LILIS ENERGY INC, where Cissy was Vice President of Human Resources and managed the full cycle human resources department. Earlier in the career, Cissy created a human resources department at DW Energy Group LLC and fulfilled HR duties while educating employees on benefits. Cissy began a career in project management at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, planning and managing continuing education programs. Cissy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Ashford University and has completed a non-degree program in Business at Texas Wesleyan University.
